Chili Idol Winner

Dimond's Mex-Tex Cool Chili
Ingredients:
2lbs hamburger
1 large chopped onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans kidney beans (drained)
2 cans pinto beans (drained)
2 cans corn (drained)
2 28oz stewed tomatoes (cut)
1 can mild green diced chili
1 can hominy (drained)
1 can tomato soup
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 16oz sour cream
Directions:
Saute onions, brown hamburger, add taco seasoning.
Add all canned ingredients.
Cook:
Simmer for 1 hour. Add cheese and sour cream just before serving.
