Sisters Needed

Please let me know if you could help out with the below items:
General RS Broadcast Assignments are here!!! - We would like to ask each ward to please bring 3 soups to share for our soup supper (soups should be brought in crock pots labeled with the owner's name, to the Stake Center at 4:00 pm) . All the other yummy foods will be provided. We would also like to ask wards 1-6 to please assign one sister to arrive at 4:00 to help with the serving, and wards 7-12 to assign one sister to stay afterwards to help with clean-up. Thank you for your support in making this a lovely evening for all of our sisters!
