Great Recipe from my Aunt

4 to 5 Loaves Whole Wheat Bread
(Glenda Rowley)
5 c. very warm water
5 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
2 T. vital wheat gluten
1 T. dough enhancer
1 1/2 T. salt
Mix in bread mixer.
Sprinkle in 3 T. instant yeast.
Gradually add flour, one cup at a time until dough pulls away from sides of bowl (7-9 cups). Knead dough in mixer 6 additional min. Shape into 4 or 5 loaves. Put in pans and let rise 20-30 minutes depending on how light you like.
Bake @ 325 for 30 minutes. makes 4-5 loaves
REMEMBER THAT THIS IS MUCH LIGHTER IF YOU USE WHITE WHEAT FLOUR. KING ARTHUR MAKES A GOOD WHITE WHEAT FLOUR.
*optional 1 T. Lethitin
½ c. flax seed- grind in coffee grinder then add to flour before mixing.
