We had a great Provident Living Class on Thursday by Roxie. Thanks to her! She is a great cook & has so much knowledge to share. She taught us how to grow our own sprouts (alfalfa, bean, wheat) which is really great information to know. They are a great thing to have for your food storage because you can grow fresh greens in 4 days. She also shared some fabulous recipes & tips for using spices & herbs.
I wanted to post one of the recipes she made for us. More people should come to these classes, you are really missing out on some great information & good food, too!!
