Dear Sisters,
Our cute Sister Sidwell, who is on a mission in Ghana, recently emailed us that the sisters in her branch would like to learn how to knit and crochet. She can't get any of the supplies there so she asked if we could get them for her. We thought it would be fun to all be a part of the project. This is what she needs: 10 crochet hooks size G (or a size close to G)10 knitting needles sets size 10 (approx)30 balls of Peaches and Creme yarn (Peaches and Creme is the name brand--it comes in all sorts of fun colors and she did not specify a color--any color will do.) If you would like to participate, just grab one or two of these items next time you are at the store and bring them to church on Sunday. If you cannot make it to the store, but would still like to help out, you can bring a few dollars to church on Sunday to donate. We will then pick up whatever is still needed. It takes about three weeks for packages to ship there, so the sooner we can gather these items, the better. It will be fun to be a part to these sweet African sisters' opportunity of learning how to make themselves a dishcloth, hot pad or a square to wash their face! Thank you in advance! Love, the Relief Society Presidency
